Comfort Care in Newark

I am responsible for the continual contribution to care planning of our customers, as well as safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of all our customers and staff. I also ensure we maintain an excellent standard of services for individual customers, all while meeting the standards as identified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Through identified training programmes, I also ensure that our carers are supported to deliver the highest quality care at all times.

As the Divisional Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.
