Domiciliary care
Thanks to our expertise in the homecare industry, we offer domiciliary care – also called care at home – to people living with a large variety of conditions, from the lower level up to the most complex needs. Our customers are living with dementia, cancer, paralysis, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s, MS and many more conditions, meaning we have the expertise to care for you or your loved ones, no matter what level of support you need.
At Helping Hands we’re very particular about who we select to be our carers – they must possess naturally high levels of compassion, empathy and kindness, as well as passing background checks to ensure they’re the sort of person who should be in your home. All of our carers receive comprehensive training to ensure they have all the skills they need to provide the highest levels of care to our customers and continue to update their skills regularly to ensure they’re always up to date with industry standards. We’re also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, enabling you and your loved ones to have the highest levels of confidence in our exemplary care delivery.
