Since 1989, Helping Hands has been providing home care and companionship to thousands of customers in their own homes, it’s no surprise therefore that we’re considered the home care experts. We provide care that’s tailored around you and your routines, meaning that you get the support you need while remaining in the home you love. We’ve always considered it our ethos to uphold your independence and promote your dignity, and that will never change as we’re passionate about providing the highest levels of care at home for all of our customers. Our Sleaford care team will support you from the moment you first speak to them, and will be able to guide you through the whole process of getting the right level of care into your home.
Whether you’d prefer live-in care so that you have care and companionship around the clock or visiting care that sees our carers come to you on a regular basis throughout the week, you’ll still receive the same levels of excellent support that you’ve come to expect from Helping Hands. We always put our customers firmly at the centre of their own care journey, and whether you need us often or infrequently we can help, regardless of your condition. Our fully managed care services and our compassionate carers will always do everything to safeguard your wellbeing, whether you need our support with personal care, medication, mobility, meal preparation, housework, laundry and accessing the community, for example.
Thanks to our expertise in the homecare industry, we offer domiciliary care – also called care at home – to people living with a large variety of conditions, from the lower level up to the most complex needs. Our customers are living with dementia, cancer, paralysis, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s, MS and many more conditions, meaning we have the expertise to care for you or your loved ones, no matter what level of support you need.
At Helping Hands we’re very particular about who we select to be our carers – they must possess naturally high levels of compassion, empathy and kindness, as well as passing background checks to ensure they’re the sort of person who should be in your home. All of our carers receive comprehensive training to ensure they have all the skills they need to provide the highest levels of care to our customers and continue to update their skills regularly to ensure they’re always up to date with industry standards. We’re also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, enabling you and your loved ones to have the highest levels of confidence in our exemplary care delivery.
