Visiting care and home care in Stockton-on-Tees
Stockton-on-Tees has some amazing claims to fame; the fossilised remains of the most northerly hippopotamus ever discovered on Earth were discovered in Stockton-on-Tees in 1958, and it also became the site of the world’s first permanent steam-locomotive-powered passenger railway when the first rail of George Stephenson's Stockton and Darlington Railway was laid in 1822.
At Helping Hands we’re proud of our heritage too and although we’re not yet as famous as Stockton-on-Tees, we’re well-known across all of England and Wales for our superlative standards of visiting and live-in care.
