Hi I’m Emma.
I joined Helping Hands in 2017 as a carer, after 15 years in retail management. In 2018, I was promoted and became part of the branch office team. In my seven years with Helping Hands, I have gained the confidence, support and opportunity to self develop and progress.
Family time is extremely important to me and I always ensure that we get to spend quality time together on country walks, trips to the coastline or going out for meals.

Hi, I'm Nic. I've worked in the care profession since 1999. In this time, I've managed care facilities that specialise in supporting the elderly, frail and mentally infirmed, as well as nursing homes that specialise in palliative and end of life care.
I joined Helping Hands in February 2022 and I am proud they have given me the opportunity to grow in my care career. I am a family man and enjoy spending quality time with my family at home or out finding adventures to have with them!

Hi, I'm Adam and as Divisional Director, I'm responsible for making sure that all the customers we help are looked after brilliantly. In order to do this, we need to have the very best carers and support teams there for them so that they can thrive within Helping Hands and do what they do best: care. I think we do everything possible to really understand our customers' needs and then do everything possible to find the right carer for them. Our carers do a wonderful job, and they are special people who are 'hardwired' to care.
