Qualified carers providing assisted living in Truro

When it comes to home care, we know that your support can only ever be as exceptional as the people providing it. That’s why we’re highly selective about carer recruitment, only hiring candidates who share our company values of kindness, compassion and empathy. In Truro, we have an exceptional team of carers who are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our customers. Each carer has undergone comprehensive background checks and been through our industry-leading carer training to equip them to provide first-rate assisted living care, and this initial training is reinforced by regular refresher courses.

When to consider assisted living

Assisted living is an excellent choice for individuals who could benefit from additional assistance around their homes during the week. This might involve occasional visits from a caregiver to help with household tasks or receiving specialised supp ort for complex conditions such as cancer or dementia. Assisted living empowers you to maintain an independent, comfortable, and secure life in your own home, surrounded by familiar settings, and receiving personalised one-on-one care from a specialist caregiver.

How much does assisted living cost?

The cost of assisted living from Helping Hands will vary depending on your level of need. Our visiting care packages start from £31.00 per hour, whilst live-in care in Truro prices start at £1,650 per week for one person and £1,650 per week for a couple. Each care visit also incurs a £4.25 fee to cover your carer’s costs.

We know how important it is to you that your care is straightforward to arrange, sustainably affordable, and doesn’t come with any unwanted extras or additional costs. That’s why we’re completely transparent about the upfront costs involved in our industry-leading home care, and will never ever try to push you to sign up for any extra hours or services that you don’t want or need. Your local care manager in Truro will always be on hand to help you make any changes you wish to make to your support at a moment’s notice.
