Phone interview

We’ll then ask you for a phone interview, which should last 20 minutes. This is also an opportunity to ask any extra questions about the role and process.

Assessment & selection process

Next is our carer assessment & selection course covering all key elements of the Care Certificate. Day one involves a face-to-face interview, unless you’ve done this already.

Customer match

After successfully completing the assessment process and all of your pre-employment checks are complete, we’ll match you with a customer, based on your skills, previous experience, location and preferences.
