Helping Hands CEO among the highest rated in the UK
Our ongoing commitment and support for our employees was highlighted in Tim Lee’s, Helping Hands CEO, recent recognition as one of the UK’s highest rated CEOs.
Based on reviews of chief executives shared by Helping Hands’ employees on Glassdoor, Tim received an impressive 92% approval ratings, putting him in the Top 50 CEOs in the country for the second year running.
Tim said, “My family’s original vision and values still underpin everything that we strive so hard to achieve, therefore focussing on our people and listening to and understanding their concerns has to be my top priority.”
We’re proud to be one of the top 50 Best Places to Work in the UK!
We’re really proud to be a Glassdoor Best Places to Work again for the 2nd year running, this is all the more important because unlike other awards, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are entirely based on the voluntary and anonymous feedback our employees shared on Glassdoor.
Helping Hands is built around four simple core values, ‘listening and understanding’, ‘focus on people’, ‘building on our success’ and ‘excellence every time’. These values underpin the core foundation of our business. We’re delighted that as a result of living and breathing these values, we’ve been awarded a top 50 place for the second consecutive year in the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the Best Places to Work in 2019.
Karen Rayfield, Director of People & Performance shares, “It makes me incredibly proud to hear how much our employees enjoy working here and that they feel valued in their roles. There’s definitely a culture of care here at Helping Hands and our employees are right at the heart of that – we wouldn’t be where we are today without them!”
