Home care in Banbury
Visiting care and home care in Banbury
Banbury is a market town with a rich and varied history. In 2002, the remains of a British Iron Age settlement dating back to 200 BC were discovered, as well as a Roman villa at nearby Wykham Park. The nursery rhyme mentioning Banbury Cross also put the town on the map and in 2005 a statue of the lady upon her horse was unveiled by Princess Anne, on a site next to the present Banbury Cross.
We are all about celebrating heritage at Helping Hands, so talk to us today about our visiting and live-in care service that start from just 30 minutes a week and see how we could be supporting you or your loved ones.

Branch Care Manager
I began my career in care in 2019 and joined Helping Hands in 2021 as a Care Assistant. In December 2022, I became the Registered Manager for the Oxford branch. My role includes assessing clients' needs, creating tailored care plans, and managing a dedicated team of carers. I also oversee budgets, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Outside of work, I am family-oriented and love spending time with my husband and two children. I also enjoy reading and am often called a bookworm!

Home care Banbury
Having a live-in carer in your home doesn’t mean you’ll be fed up of the sight of each other; quite the opposite in fact, as you’ll hopefully end up great friends. Having a carer living with you means one-to-one support around the clock which is reassuring for both you and your loved ones. Perhaps you don’t like being in your home alone anymore or it might be that you have complex needs that necessitate full-time care? Whatever the circumstances, we can help.

Better than a care agency in Banbury
The fact that we’re not a home care agency might not seem important, but it makes all the difference. The fact that we directly employ all of our carers instead of making them self-employed as some agencies do, means that they can concentrate solely on your care and have higher satisfaction rates than agency carers do. Added to that is the fact that we don’t charge hidden referral fees means that you get exactly what you’re promised at Helping Hands.

Quality domiciliary care
Domiciliary care is care at home, which is the most preferable place to be when you need help and support. Compared to residential care you get everything your own way with domiciliary care, no set mealtimes, you decide when to get up and go to bed, and every other aspect of your daily routines. You can choose live-in or visiting care, at times and days to suit you, and with one-to-one care at home you’ll never have to wait for anything.
