Helping Hands carers are there to make life easier for you. Exactly what that looks like will be different for everyone; we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care, but instead work hard to customize our care plans as we go. We offer either live-in care (which is appropriate for those needing more round-the-clock support and peace of mind) and visiting care (which is better suited for those who’d like more intermediate care on a schedule they determine).
Our carers are fully trained and qualified to offer you both practical and emotional support at home, whether that’s helping you finish the housework, collect a prescription, walk the dog or cook a delicious and healthy meal in the evening. We can also arrange for overnight care if necessary, and, in the event you need us currently, we can sort out emergency care, so you know we’re there when you need us.
Respite Care in Edgware
Not all of our customers require ongoing support from us, but prefer to reach out as and when needed, for instance when their usual carer is not available, and they need someone else to fill in with the day’s duties. We can send over a respite carer within 24 hours of you contacting us, and they can make sure everything ticks along nicely at home while you tend to a work or family matter elsewhere, or otherwise take a much-needed holiday (carers need TLC too!).
Elderly Care
Whether you are managing the symptoms of a chronic health condition or simply have limited mobility, you may find you need a little extra help and support getting through your normal daily activities.
