I hadn’t heard of Helping Hands before researching which company would be the most suitable for my Husband’s needs but I am so, so happy that we came across you. Every single carer that has visited my Husband has been incredible. Compassionate, polite, professional and can even put a smile on his face when he’s no having the best of days. An absolute delight of a company and I’d recommend you to anybody and everybody. Honestly cannot fault the company. From management to carer, everybody has far exceeded what I thought we could expect. As a family, we could not be happier. Thank you so much.
I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hands. Witnessing how they delivered end of life care to my Mother in law was incredible. The team treated her with dignity and respect, they talked and reassured her throughout delivering care. It also felt very personalised recognising small things like how she love perfume and would give her a spray. I have worked as a community nurse for many years and witnessed many care services, all of which fall far short of Helping Hands. Thank you you are all amazing.
