As a Branch Manager for Helping Hands, I take pride in ensuring high-quality and safe service for all. I also focus on supporting my team, helping them feel confident in their roles. Outside of work, I love cooking for family and friends. Socializing and making others feel comfortable is my strength, and I'm always ready to lend a Helping Hand.
When I am not at work, you'll often find me cooking up a storm for family and friends. I'm also an avid traveler – recently, I took the plunge and embarked on various solo adventures, something I never thought I'd do before! And yes, I'll admit it: I have a soft spot for some TV, with Judge Judy / Judy Justice being my guilty pleasure. I love a good crime series too. Socialising and making people feel at ease is my forte. Some people may say I am a perfectionist, but I would say a job done well is a job well done!

As the Regional Care Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.

As an area care manager, I have operational and financial responsibility for the branches in my region. It is my role to lead and motivate my team and to ensure that the care we provide meets the national standards in terms of quality. On a day-to-day basis, my focus is to drive growth in terms of our carer and customer base.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling - generally anywhere with sun and usually have another trip planned before the last one has even ended! When I am at home, I go for long walks and love stopping off for a pub lunch.
