Visiting care and home care in Bourne
Lying on the eastern slopes of the Kesteven Uplands and the western edge of the Fens, Bourne is an attractive market town close to Stamford, Spalding, and Peterborough. Historically, there are ancient woodlands that still exist nearby, part of the ancient Kesteven forest, and Bourne appeared in the Domesday Book of 1086, albeit under the name Brune.
We’re no strangers to history ourselves at Helping Hands, having been established since 1989 to support people who need extra support but wish to receive it at home. We offer visiting and live-in care across the whole of England and Wales, and with services fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, you know you’ll always be in the very best hands.

Quality care at home
From short term support to longer term visits and live-in care, our Bourne team can help.
We've been caring for people for decades, helping them maintain their independence and continue to live well in the homes and communities they love.
Over 155 branches across the UK means we're local to you.
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, giving you peace of mind that we meet the highest standards of service and care.
Thousands of our customers have shared their experiences of care with us on customer review site Trustpilot with Helping Hands rated 4.7 out of 5.
We only employ those special people with the right levels of patience, empathy, and compassion to care for you as we'd want our own families to be cared for.
We know that good care means something different to each of us. That's why we take the time to get to know you and your family to understand your needs and preferences.
When finding care becomes a decision for the wider family, we can help you consider your options. We keep in touch once care is in place so we can adapt care as needs change.
