Our carers are rigorously screened to ensure that they’re just the sort of people we want working for us, as well as the type of person you want coming into your home. We recruit them carefully, making sure that they share our ethos for providing nothing but the very highest standards of care every single day, and unless that’s the case we won’t be taking them on.

When they join us we also instruct them in the best ways to care for our customers, equipping them with the skills they’ll need to become an excellent carer. We also build on the experience they may already have, offering training and development throughout their career once they’re employed by us.

Ultimately though, you and your loved ones will be reassured that our carers are nurtured so carefully, as well as that our services are all fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
