Visiting care and home care in Cheltenham
Here at Helping Hands Cheltenham, we offer person-centred home care to you where you feel most comfortable and at ease: your own home. Delivered by our fully-trained carers and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are committed to the highest industry standards of care so that you and your loved ones can rest assured you are being well looked after.

Branch Care Manager
My responsibilities at Helping Hands is to manage a team, both office and care staff, to deliver a high standard of care to those individuals we support in their own homes. I’m responsible for recruiting the carers we introduce to our customers as well as working closely with other health care professionals to ensure we gain holistic knowledge of those we support and can assist them regardless of their age/needs/conditions. It's really important for me to have great communication with our customers and their families so they feel reassured and know who they can contact. Arranging to visit face to face and being in contact at regular intervals makes it possible for us to tailor the support we provide to meet their needs, which is extremely vital. We are fortunate enough to have autonomy of who we employ as carers and as a result, we’ve built a brilliant and compassionate care team to be the face of our branch and they are the type of people who, if my relatives needed assistance, I’d be reassured if they were involved in their care. I live with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I spend most of my spare time walking our dogs, enjoying the amazing countryside where we live in the Cotswolds. I enjoy being outside and active and I play netball for a team in Cheltenham. My friends and family are important to me and I try to spend as much time with them as possible.

Other care we provide
Home care in Cheltenham
Our high-quality agency and home care services are delivered in our customers’ homes by dedicated and compassionate carers and supported by a team of local managers across the whole of England and Wales. We always consider your care to be our highest priority and we’re proud to say we’re not a care agency and never have been – we’re a private home care company who value our amazing carers for the incredible support they deliver.
This also keeps them highly motivated to make sure every single aspect of your daily routine is supported. An introductory agency makes you pay a fee to be introduced to a carer who you employ, pay and manage yourself, but with Helping Hands we will handle all of that for you, leaving you and your carer to focus on you.
Expert live in care
When the need for more intensive support arises, we understand that residential care isn’t always everybody’s preference. What’s more, we understand how important it is for you to be able to feel secure and independent in your own home.
With live-in care in Cheltenham not only will you have the support you need to stay within the comfort of your own home, but you will be encouraged to live the life that you want to lead.

Because we’re a private care provider, rather than a care agency, you won’t have any annoying hidden costs or unwanted extras with us – we’re completely up front about all of our fees, so you can be absolutely confident that you’re getting exactly what you require from us.
Our care experts in Cheltenham will take the time to understand your needs and wishes so that they can offer you a package of care that is tailored to your personal situation. And, of course, we’re completely regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, which means we’re fully committed to providing high levels of care day in, day out..
High quality private care
We understand how important it is that you remain in control of your home care, which is why the Birmingham team can provide the perfect privtae care package so that you can maintain your usual routine.
