We’re proud to be a private care company who has never been an agency, this means we’ve always placed the highest importance on being fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. The advantages of being a private care company include being fully transparent in our care costings, meaning that you’ll always have an accurate breakdown of what your bill contains, we also employ our carers directly, which has the added benefit of you not having to worry about paying tax or national insurance for them, as we handle it all.
