Visiting care and home care in Dagenham

Dagenham has a long history, first appearing in a document as Dæccanhaam in the 7th century. The name would’ve represented a “ham” or farm of a man called Daecca, and Dagenham remained largely unchanged until 1921, when the large Becontree estate began construction. Industry has also historically been an important part of Dagenham’s identity, with the large Ford plant situated in the town.

At Helping Hands, our aim is to establish ourselves in even more places that share our passion for providing excellent standards of home care, and our local team in Dagenham will be able to support anyone, regardless of condition. With visiting care starting from just 30 minutes per week, we’re perfectly placed to care for every customer who needs us in the local area.

Better than a care agency in Dagenham

Our fully regulated and managed home care services mean that at Helping Hands, you can be sure we’ll always have your care as our top priority. Furthermore, because we aren’t and have never been a care agency, we can proudly state that we are a private home care company with over 30 years of success to our name. Consequently, we value our carers highly, which motivates their passion for the role and ensures that they go above and beyond for their customers’ wellbeing, every single day.

Whether you need care quickly because your regular carer is taking a well-earned break, you’re being unexpectedly discharged from hospital, or you’ve had an accident, you still need to know that you’re going to be cared for excellently by a company that always has your best interests at heart.
