Visiting care and home care in Dagenham
Dagenham has a long history, first appearing in a document as Dæccanhaam in the 7th century. The name would’ve represented a "ham" or farm of a man called Daecca, and Dagenham remained largely unchanged until 1921, when the large Becontree estate began construction. Industry has also historically been an important part of Dagenham’s identity, with the large Ford plant situated in the town.
At Helping Hands, our aim is to establish ourselves in even more places that share our passion for providing excellent standards of homecare, and our local team in Dagenham will be able to support anyone, regardless of condition. With visiting care starting from just 30 minutes per week, we’re perfectly placed to care for every customer who needs us in the local area.
