Easton contains a grade I listed, 12th century church at the west end of the village. St Peter’s church is mainly built of flint and was restored in the 1880s, and despite the tower collapsing in the 18th century, it still has many of its original features such as a marble font, dating from about 1200.
Helping Hands identifies with anywhere that has a rich history and heritage, as we have over 30 years of experience in home care to call upon. Whilst not yet as historic as many of the places we support, we are nonetheless proud to offer our visiting and live-in care services to our communities and help our customers to live their best life possible in the home they love.
For over 30 years, we've been supporting people with care, nurse-supported care and companionship across England and Wales. As industry-leaders in home care, we know what it takes to provide the right level of care so that you can retain your independence in the comfort of your beloved home.
Over 160 branches across the UK means we're local to you

Fully flexible care packages as your needs change
Flexible care provided in your own home with a fully qualified carer. Visits start from as little as 30 minutes up to several hourly or overnight calls throughout the week.
One-to-one support from a fully qualified care that lives with you. Full-time support so you can stay at home where you feel most comfortable.
With our visiting care service you get the benefit of a company with over 30 years of experience in the industry, meaning that you and your loved ones will be reassured by the presence of our highly trained carer and confident in the care we deliver. Whether you need support with medication, meal preparation, mobility, personal care, housework or much more, we can support you from just 30 minutes a week, and if you have complex care needs that require many visits throughout the day and night we can accommodate you too.
When you choose live-in care from Helping Hands you don’t just get the benefit of a dedicated carer giving you one-to-one support, you also get the knowledge and experience of a company with over 30 years’ experience delivering care to our customers. With live-in care you’re never alone at home, which can be reassuring for both you and your loved ones. This doesn’t mean you and your carer will trip over each other though; it’s always your home and your carer will be discreet, and only keep you company when you feel like it.
Helping Hands has never been a home care agency; we pride ourselves on being a private company who has worked hard for over 30 years, delivering our customers’ care and companionship needs at home. No agency would be able to match us for experience or service delivery and our rates of carer motivation are high because we look after them better than an agency would. Trust the best to care for you or your loved ones, trust Helping Hands.
Domiciliary care is often called care at home, but it means the same thing. There really is no comparison between having care in your own home and moving into residential care, as your home is where you belong and feel most comfortable and safest in. You follow your own routines at home, as opposed to living in a care home; you dictate when you get up and go to bed and when you eat your meals, not care home staff who have to help you within a set available time.
When diagnosed with dementia it can unsettle your whole world, making you question your future and that of those around you. At least with Helping Hands though, finding a care company who really understand dementia isn’t a problem. We can help you come to terms with your diagnosis and advise you on what the best dementia care options are for you, but most of all our expert carers will care for you in your own home, so you can live your life the best way possible.
Respite care at home can be a really useful alternative to having to relocate to a care home, even temporarily. When your regular carer needs to take a break or your family are going on holiday you may wonder what you can do about your care needs, but respite care at home is the answer. Whether you have complex or simple care needs or even need nursing, we can help, and in the case of an emergency, we could have care in your home within 24 hours.
Elderly care from Helping Hands could be someone coming round weekly to help you with your vacuuming and laundry, daily to support you with personal care and meal preparation or just as much or as little as you need. Whether you are struggling to manage the little things or something that has a big impact on your life, we are the ones to talk to as we have over 30 years’ experience supporting people to stay safe, comfortable and cared for at home.
Our carers are unrivalled for their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers’ wellbeing, that’s why we’re considered the home care experts and have such standing in the industry. We get it right with our carers because we give our managers autonomy to select the best people for their branch, and then train them to deliver care our way. Our ethos has always been to deliver the highest quality, person-centred care and over our 30+ years, we’ve never faltered from that. We’re fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, so you can have the highest confidence is us to promote your dignity and independence at all times.
