Home care in Epping
Visiting care and home care in Epping
If you got on the London Underground’s Central line and went as far as you could to go the North-East, you’d end up in Epping, worth a visit thanks to its historic Grade I, II and III listed buildings. Epping also has a weekly market dating back to 1253, which is still held every Monday.
Even though our history doesn’t go back quite as far as that, we’ve still got over 30 years of experience as one of the leading home care providers, with branches across England and Wales. With visiting care starting from just 30 minutes a week and live-in as an option too, we can support you or your loved ones with all your care needs.

Branch Care Manager
My role at Helping Hands as a Branch Manager is to make sure my customers are receiving safe care and that the visiting carer has the right knowledge of the customers' needs. I also make sure the carers are promoting independence during the time in our customers' homes. It's also my responsibility to make sure my care staff have a safe working environment and to follow regular check-ups of my customers and carers to ensure their wellbeing. I joined the care industry because I have always liked helping people and making a difference. I think the service we provide is amazing, I love the fact that my team and myself work together to ensure people can stay in their homes for as long as possible. I think it gives family members peace of mind as well, knowing that we have very well-trained and trusted carers and staff to look after their relatives. Whether it be to give them a break or because they live too far away, we are always sure to keep them informed. I'm a single mum to a beautiful little girl and I like to spend time with her; we are always going out and some of our favourite things are the zoo and the beach. I used to do dance, cheerleading and gymnastics and it's still something that I'm passionate about. I eventually taught dance and I've performed many times over my career as a dancer in a wide variety of places, such as the Lord Mayor's show, Disneyland, X-factor and as an extra in a few productions. I spend most of my time away from work with my daughter and family, but I do occasionally go out with my friends. I am a hard-worker and I always put others before myself and I think people see that.

Better than a care agency in Epping
-
Our incredible carers are at the heart of our business and that’s just one of the reasons why we’re so much better than a home care agency. Being a private company means we can employ all of our carers directly and offer them a stability that isn’t always available elsewhere in the home care industry. Additionally, we keep all of our pricing structures transparent and easy to follow so that when your bill arrives you can anticipate what it will be, avoiding unpleasant surprises or ‘hidden’ fees.
-

Remaining in your beloved surroundings will be beneficial both emotionally and physically as you get to stay where you’re happiest, and we’ll promote your independence at all times, while you and your loved ones will know that everything we do is focussed on your wellbeing.
