    Our carers aren’t able to carry out medical procedures, even in an emergency, and the right call is always 999. They can perform CPR, but only under the direct guidance of the emergency services and where they feel confident. Whether a carer stays at the property or travels to hospital is best talked through with the branch team before care starts, so you know exactly what to expect.

    Our phone lines are open Saturday and Sunday (9am to 5:30pm), and Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm. For care over a bank holiday, it’s best to check directly with the branch so we can confirm exactly what’s available for your dates.
