Meet the Ivybridge care team
Branch Care Manager
Hello my name is Gemma Hampton. My responsibilities at Helping Hands are to manage a team, both office and care staff, to deliver a high standard of care to those individuals we support in their own homes. I'm responsible for overseeing recruitment of carers, as well as working closely with other health care professionals to ensure we gain holistic knowledge of those we support and can assist them regardless of their age/needs/conditions. I was inspired to join care because I love to make a difference and wanted to ensure people were cared for in their own homes to a high standard. I really enjoyed being a carer myself and have enjoyed my career path within care which has now lead me to be a Branch Manager.

Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Ivybridge
At Helping Hands, we are recognised as the UK’s most widely trusted home care provider; that’s because we’re not a care agency. We have been providing private home care for thousands of families across the nation since 1989. We directly recruit our carers so we can employ the best people to take care of your needs and provide you with outstanding care. Plus, there are no hidden costs, referral fees or unnecessary paperwork.
Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Ivybridge
We ensure all our carers are fully trained to provide you with the care you need to live life on your terms. They are compassionate and kind individuals who will always put your needs first. All our carers undergo a DBS check, so you know you’ll looked after by someone you can genuinely trust. We understand that it can be daunting to invite someone new into your own home, which is why we take these measures seriously.
