it’s early days. The carer is lovely. Kind, thoughtful and friendly. Mum really liked her. Unfortunately she was 15 mins late due to getting lost. Quite a lot of people do the same as they think Apt 2 is actually number 2 Brackley Road instead of Apt 2 29 Brackley Road.

Initial contact was very professional and caring, to early to give opion and the care as only had 2 visits, so early days yet. Thank you.

Sam who called was very friendly, professional and informative. Called back as promised. Very impressed.

Leanne was excellent, understanding of my parents’ memory issues.

Lois’ visit to my father every Tuesday morning on the dot of 10am works extremely well. She looks very smart in her uniform and is so friendly and kind to my father who looks forward to her visits.

It was a text based talk arranging a phone call. Though it is strange you asking me to rate a call that never happened.

I can’t believe you have changed companies and moved out of the centre where my mum is based and not told anyone. Suddenly you have become helping hands and the contact we had with the old company meant walking across a corridor to speak to someone when we had a problem. Now I have no idea where they have gone. They have moved out and we haven’t been sent any contact details. This is the first correspondence I have had.

Great ideas and good knowledge on care provisions, however price point create an affordability problem with people on a budget employing your business
