Visiting and live-in care in Middleton

Back in the 18th and 19th century Middleton was the heart of Manchester’s thriving silk industry, later developing into a cotton spinning industry. This historic transition gave rise to Middleton as a northern mill town. Now home to the UK’s leading home care company, Helping Hands Middleton provides dedicated home care services in Moston, New Moston, Hollinwood, Blackley, Woodhouses, Monsall, Middleton and the surrounding areas.

With compassion and expert knowledge, our team of private carers are on had to help you with whatever you need.

Meet the team

Heather Lloyd

Meet Heather Lloyd, our Branch Care Manager, Middleton

My responsibilities and values are to ensure that we deliver person-centred care for all individuals, to ensure that everyone involved in our service feels valued, I have over 14 years of experience and have a wide range of experience within different sectors of Healthcare. My heart has always been within the care sector. I began working for Helping Hands after losing my father in 2020. I wanted to be a part of a company that stands out, has positive impacts on people's lives and enables people to live comfortably in their own homes. A company that is person-centred and truly value the customers. Helping Hands has a great structure and support network. The passion shines through from each and every staff member within the company and this shows in the high-quality care we provide to our customers. I am very passionate about my job and like to go the extra mile. When I am not working I love to spend time with my family, making memories with my husband and children.
