We only employ a small amount of the total people who apply to become carers with us, believing it’s better to have quality than quantity. We look for outstanding personal qualities in the people who work for us, believing they should be compassionate, kind, patient, and caring. After all, our carers are the heart of our business and we can train them on all of the practical skills they’ll need to care for people at home, but we can’t teach them to care from the heart. We still take the precaution of screening them through the DBS and thoroughly check their backgrounds, to ensure that only people who should be entering your home get the chance to do so. As well as enjoying life at home you may be studying or working, and our dedicated, locally based staff in Northwich will keep you safe and comfortable.
