Live in care in Rayleigh

I joined the care industry around nine years ago, not knowing that it would become a career and a job that I love. I spend a lot of time out in the community visiting customers and potential customers, and assessing our staff to ensure they are always delivering the best care. I spend time with the branch staff looking into ways to better the service and celebrate all the good work that our carers do. I think that Helping Hands are a brilliant company to work for, they have many benefits for their staff, and support networks for staff and customers throughout their journeys with the company.
I have recently become a Mum for the first time so like to spend my free time with my son and doing things with him. I enjoy reading and learning and like to think I am generally a person who looks at life positively.

As the Regional Care Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.

Hello, my name is Angie and I am the branch care manager for the Brentwood branch.
I am married and we have 3 fur-babies. My family are very important to me and I love spending time with them when I can. In my downtime I love to spend time on our allotment, playing golf or going for nice walks to get away from it all. I like to keep an active mind and enjoy learning new things and would love to learn more Spanish.
