Community care is a type of care that you receive in your own home and Helping Hands have been expertly delivering care for our clients in the homes they love since 1989.

By having your care at home, you avoid needing to move out of the place where you’ve felt safe and comfortable for so long, promoting your independence and ensuring you get to live your life on your own terms.

Who is community care for?

Anyone can require care at some point in their lives; as individuals we can’t foresee whether we will need extra support or not. Therefore, community care can be for anyone, regardless of their needs.
