Visiting care and home care in Sittingbourne
Rising to prominence after the death of Thomas Becket in 1170, because it provided a convenient resting place on the road from London to Canterbury and Dover, Sittingbourne is an industrial town, 45 miles from London, beside an ancient British trackway used by the Romans and the Anglo-Saxons called the Roman Watling Street. Farming and trading have been in the area since before 2000 BC, so the area has a rich heritage, yet still has plenty to offer the modern visitor.
Already established in the Kent area, Helping Hands have been offering exceptional home care for more than 30 years. We decided it was time to explore the county further though, which is why we are now offering our services in Sittingbourne. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, our visiting and live-in care is industry-leading.
