Mum (who Helping Hands are supporting) has said that she finds the visits helpful and the carer really friendly. The carer doesn't make her feel rushed and does other things if she has time and sees a need e.g. getting Mum's breakfast, making her a cup of tea, sweeping crumbs off the floor around the dog's food bowl!

Angus was very helpful and keen to help. Still waiting for follow up phone call for help.
