Branch Care Manager
Hello, I am Attila (Ata) the Branch Manager of Helping Hands in Norwich. My responsibility is to oversee and set up every care package in the area and to ensure that my team deliver a higher quality of care than any other care company in Norwich; I have to ensure our service users remain safe, independent, and happy in their own homes. My passion came from my teenage voluntary work in mental health; since I was 16, I've worked to keep vulnerable people safe.

Better than a care agency in Southwold
-
Helping Hands are a private care provider, rather than a care agency. Most care agencies don’t fully support their carers – for instance, they won’t directly employ them or prioritise their wellbeing. Care agencies are also often unaccountable to regulators, meaning you can never be completely assured that you’ll receive the level of care you require.
We’re better than a care agency because we go the extra mile to make sure our carers are fully trained and always well looked after. That’s why we employ them directly, give them award-winning training as well as regular refresher courses, and ensure they’re always mentally and physically prepared to provide you with exceptional care.

Emergency care
-
Emergency care from Helping Hands is a great option for those times when you or a loved one find yourself unexpectedly requiring care. It might be that your condition has suddenly taken a turn for the worse, or you’ve undergone surgery that has left you unable to support yourself in your home. With emergency live-in care, we’ll provide you with one of our expert carers at short notice, ensuring you’re not left unsupported or isolated and are able to focus on making a full recovery or spending more time with the people you love.

Private care in Southwold
-
Using a private care provider for your care needs in Southwold, such as Helping Hands, means that you’ll receive a care plan that is fully personalised to your particular requirements and wishes. Private, person-centred care gives you control over many aspects of your care provision, which is particularly important when you have a carer living in your home all hours of the day. From choosing your own meal times and food to determining visiting hours, the decisions will be in your hands. We’ll make sure you’re paired with someone who shares your personality, interests and hobbies, and although all of our carers provide excellent companionship, they’re also appreciative of the fact that there will be times when you want your personal space.

Overnight care
-
Having a live-in carer not only means you’ll be fully supported each and every day; it also gives you the reassurance of having someone at hand to help you throughout the night. Whether you need continence care, help with medication, assistance with mobility or any other form of support, round-the-clock overnight care from Helping Hands means you’ll never feel vulnerable or unable to do the basic things around the house that you need to do.
