On recommendation approached the Tamworth branch of Helping Hands to provide care visits for my mum who lives 2 hours away from me. Found the excellent Tamworth team led by Serena and Michelle responsive, professional and had the best interests of mum always to the fore. The ability to look at the reports of each visit online very helpful and reassuring. Also they kept me informed of any concerns or issues they had during their visits. They have also been very helpful and supportive in the transition of placing mum into residential care.
The service has given me some peace of mind as I live some distance from mum.

Mum is poorly and dad is recently out of hospital – this combination of circumstances has made it difficult for them to cope, especially with Covid restrictions preventing visits by the family. The HH girls have been marvellous, compassionate snd caring as well as providing practical support. The branch office team are helpful, friendly and very responsive to our needs. Very happy and can’t recommend highly enough.
