Along with their kindness, compassion and unfaltering willingness to go above and beyond for our customers, all of our carers complete industry-leading training by our in-house training teams covering a range of modules including manual handling, dementia care, safeguarding, medication administration and many more.

Prior to their employment, each of our carers are required to complete a stringent recruitment process with full background checks – such as Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) screenings – and personal and professional references. And what’s more, we ensure that our carers regularly complete training refresher courses to ensure that they are always delivering high-quality care that is always up-to-date.

As we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are regularly monitored to ensure that we are always providing a safe, responsive and effective service that adheres to the CQC’s strict guidelines.
