Amazing Team from day one. Everyone I speak to in the Wilmslow office has been very polite, helpful And empathic to name a few such as Gail, Helen, Suzanne and others. They listen and act too. Never let down. We have amazing regular team including Eleanor, Karen, Hollie and Yasmen visiting us whom we can’t praise enough. Nothing is too much of trouble. They are all very experienced and very kind.

I would like to thank you and the carer team for the care you have provided for my Mum during her chemotherapy treatment. All aspects of the care – including the assessment, standard of care, and finally your flexibility to reassess and alter her care as she regained her health has been first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending you.

Both my husband and I are disabled and have help 4 times a day from Helping Hands. Every one of the carers are brilliant, treating us like their own family. We couldn’t manage without the support and want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all our lovely carers.

Ellie was super efficient and helpful and was able to book an assessment for Monday with assurances that,subject to home checks etc, you can provide support from the next day which means dad can come home from hospital quicker and eases pressure and stress for both me and my mum. That counts for so much more than 5.
