Meet Natalie, our Branch Manager
Hello! I’m Natalie, the Manager at Helping Hands’ Cheltenham & Gloucester branch. I am passionate about ensuring safe and reliable support to our customers out in the community, offering help and guidance for both customers and carers alike. It’s imperative for me to make sure our carers are supported to work within the guidelines set out by Helping Hands and the Care Quality Commission. I regularly meet with customers, to keep track of their changing needs and situations, to ensure that we provide a consistently high standard of person-centred care."

Still family owned and run, we draw on over 28 years of experience, to ensure that the very best standards of support are delivered by our carers to each and every one of our customers.

The team of dedicated carers across Cheltenham and Gloucester and the surrounding areas are chosen and trained at the branch, supported by expert guidance from a team of registered nurses and myself. Still family owned and run, we draw on our extensive knowledge of the area, having first launched Helping Hands in Warwickshire in 1989.
If you’re receiving direct payments for social care through social services, we are able to accept top-ups to these payments. Get in touch to find out more.
Mum and Dad noticed the difference in care after just the one visit and are so happy they said they can relax now, something Dad could not do with the others carers. Thank you all.
