Home care in Chipping Norton
Visiting care and home care in Chipping Norton
We’re delighted to be able to offer our compassionate, person-centred home care to people living in Chipping Norton and the surrounding area. So that you’ve got total peace of mind, your home care will be independently regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
One of the main benefits of home care is that it allows you to remain in your locale and your own home on terms that suit you.
A Helping Hands carer can support you to keep enjoying the beautiful scenery in Chipping Norton and the surrounding Cotswolds, whilst maintaining all of your normal routines, hobbies and schedules.
Whether you love hosting or visiting family and friends, are partial to a stroll in the countryside, enjoy a spot of gardening or have a favourite tea shop you like to visit, our wonderful home carers can support and accompany you whenever and wherever you wish.

Meet the Chipping Norton care team
Area Care Manager
I lead and support the fantastic team of branches and carers in and around the Bristol and Cotswolds area. I joined the care industry to help make a positive difference to those people that use our services and support my team to do the same. I am proud of the service we offer and of my team that deliver them. Oustide of work I provide a taxi service to my two teenage boys, and enjoy watching most sports. My background has predominantly been in retail, with my previous role working in the charity sector. I have also spent some time working in education, providing training for school governors and playing an active role in improving standards in a local school as Chair of Governors. I have been an area manager for fifteen years, leading teams to deliver company expectations across all aspects of the business.

Other care we provide
High quality home care in Chipping Norton
At Helping Hands Home Care, we understand that every individual has different needs and preferences. That’s why our home care services in Chipping Norton are tailored to meet your specific requirements. We work closely with you and your loved ones to create a personalised care plan that addresses your unique needs, goals, and preferences. Our dedicated carers can assist with a range of tasks, including medication management, mobility support, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. We aim to empower you to live as independently as possible while providing the assistance you need to ensure your well-being and safety.
24/7 live in care support
If you opt for live-in care from our Chipping Norton team, you’ll benefit from round-the-clock support from your very own live-in carer who will stay in your home with you and offer assistance throughout the day and night. Live-in care is a great option for anyone currently receiving visiting care who now needs an additional level of support, or who is perhaps moving into a residential care home. We’ll match you with someone who shares your personality, likes and interests, so that you’ve got a valued and trusted companion as well as someone to look after you and your home, and your carer will be able to help out in just about any way you might require – from discreet personal care and mobility support, to tidying, cleaning, preparing meals and doing the laundry.
Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Chipping Norton
When you choose care from Helping Hands, you’ll be partnering with a private care provider, rather than a care agency. This matters because the majority of care agencies don’t fully support their carers – for instance, they won’t directly employ them or prioritise their well-being. At Helping Hands, we always make sure our carers are fully trained and always well looked after. Care agencies are also often unaccountable to regulators, meaning you can never be completely assured that you’ll receive the level of care you require.
We employ our carers directly, provide them with industry-leading training as well as regular refresher courses, and ensure they’re always mentally and physically prepared to provide you with exceptional care.
Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Chipping Norton
When you partner with our Chipping Norton team for home care, you can do so with the full peace of mind that you’ll only ever be looked after by the very best carers in the industry. We’re extremely particular about who we recruit to our care teams – we only hire people who share our company-wide values of kindness, compassion and empathy, and every new carer undergoes rigorous background checks to ensure they’re the sort of person you’d be delighted to welcome into your home. Then, when they start with us, all carers receive our industry-renowned training, which includes modules such as dementia care, medication, mobility support, health and safety, and so much more.
