Branch Care Manager
As the Registered Manager for the Chipping Sodbury Branch my role requires me to have an operational oversight of the service. I am responsible for ensuring that the service is safe and compliant with the current regulations and that we not only provide the best possible care, but that we provide care that is person-centered. I feel that my team, whether office based or community based, work in a professional manner and hold our customers at the heart of everything that we do. I have a very skilled team of carers that have a genuine love for their role. In my spare time I am a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets and enjoy providing opportunities to young people that they may not have access to with other youth organisations.
