Because Helping Hands isn’t an agency, it means that all of our carers are recruited locally and know the area well. They work hard in their local community to ensure that as many people as possible are taken care of, and the branch has a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of ‘Good’ to support this ethos. The carers undertake a rigorous programme of training when they first join the company and regularly update their skills throughout their employment, to ensure that their knowledge is always as relevant as possible.
