I had a short stay in Leeds I found the team very professional and friendly and they went above and beyond I will definitely use their service again

I’m happy with the care my husband receives. from his carers the feel like an extended family.the only think is communication from the office to let us knowif they are going to be late would help.otherwise no complaints.

Early days yet but care plan seems to be delivering the care required

Enquiry dealt with efficiently and all questions answered along with supplying further details during the call. Very easy to set up assessment and all charges made clear during call.

Carers I’ve had are all really friendly & helpful. Usually it all goes smoothly but ocasionally rota is changed & I don’t get to know – don’t like not knowing who is coming & when to expect them

Bernadette was very helpful and accommodating, and I look forward to being able to rely on the helpers to get me through this patch of poor health…..

Very understanding and helpful

Bernadette was friendly,professional and informative. Unfortunately she was an hour and 20 minutes late for our appointment, that is why I marked 1 point off the score. She did ring me to say she had an emergency and would be there ASAP, but after waiting over an hour after the voicemail,I was wondering if she was still on her way. Once Bernadette arrived, she was fantastic, talked to Betty and asked lots of questions.
