I manage the branch, ensuring the safety of customers and carers. I conduct assessments, care reviews, and calls. I started in care at 15, working in a residential home, and progressed from carer to senior carer and management. I’ve also supported people at the local hospice. I have two children and a 7-year-old rescue dog, and we enjoy walking in the woods together.
