Support in your own home
Domiciliary care, also known as home care, is provided to people wishing to remain living at home, but who require some assistance with their daily tasks. This usually involves support with household chores, personal care, administering medication, or any other activity that will allow that person to continue living independently and comfortably in their own home.
Anyone could require domiciliary care at any stage of their life, for example following an accident or illness or due to old age.Request a callback Email us
Short visits to full-time, we can accommodate your exact needs
We provide one-to-one support, from 30 minutes a week up to several visits a day or overnight support if you need it. Our care plans are completely built around you and your needs. If you require a higher level of care or continual support, then you can even opt for a live-in carer to move into your home and provide you with 24-hour assistance.Your carer can support you with things like:
• Personal care
• Going out and about
• Looking after your pets
• Helping you get to appointments
Your carer will become great companion and hopefully a friend. They are trained to offer emotional support, as well as physical care. Having support from one dedicated carer means that you can build a more personal connection with your caregiver and they will get to understand your needs better. You can take comfort in knowing that your loved one has just the right amount of support that can be altered at any time.
Friendly, qualified, domiciliary carers
Our professionally trained carers have been providing domiciliary care to people across England and Wales since 1989. Our Richmond carers are committed to providing you or your loved one with the very best possible care. To ensure that they can deliver your care to the highest standard, we are committed to providing them with a comprehensive programme of training and support.
All of our carers receive extensive training, at our Centre of Excellence. This is overseen by our registered branch manager and a training team, who provide our carers with expert guidance and training. If your needs are quite specific or more complex, we will provide specific training to ensure your exact needs are met.
All of our domiciliary carers are passionate about providing people with the care and support they need to continue living an independent life where they are happiest – in their own home and community.
