Branch Care Manager
My role at Helping Hands is management of the branch, the branch team, and our valued care team. This ensures compliance, monitoring and that the service is safe, alongside all services being of a high quality and value for money. I also promote company set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to ensure longevity of the branch. Outside of work I take part in a local dominoes league, playing for Tarleton BC A team; in reality the team have allowed me in to bring their average age down! That said we do have some successes in our weekly matches. I also have a Springer Spaniel who takes a bit of exercising.
