In order to maintain a high level of training across the board for all of our carers, they are all required to undertake our in-house training programme, which comprises of manual handling, personal care, dementia care, first aid, safeguarding and medication. In addition to this, all of our existing and long-standing carers complete regular refresher sessions, so that their knowledge is always up to date and they are delivering care in line with the latest and safest industry practices.
