Meet the team

Jackie Napier

Meet Jackie Napier, our Branch Care Manager, Welling

Hello, I’m Jackie. As Branch Manager for the office in Dartford, I’m responsible for the office staff and team of carers, ensuring the service runs to exceptional levels, growing the business and developing everyone continuously - including myself! I’ve always worked within the domiciliary care sector, but with council contracts. Helping Hands inspired me to take on a new challenge within the private sector. It fills me with pride to know that our clients are receiving an excellent range of services that are all designed to meet our customers’ needs.
