Elderly care

As people get older, they often require some extra help to remain living safely and independently at home. You may notice that a loved one is struggling with their daily routine and tasks like cooking or housework. In this situation, a carer can be brought in to provide support with daily activities. Having support from a dedicated carer allows older people to remain living comfortably at home and provides an excellent alternative to residential nursing care. We offer two types of elderly home care – visiting care and live-in care. Visiting care allows you complete flexibility to choose the level of support your loved one needs, which could be as little as 30 minutes a week, whereas live-in care involves a carer moving into your loved one’s home to provide 24/7 support. We will take the time to get to know your loved one and carefully match them with a carer who suits their needs, interests, and preferences. This helps to ensure that your loved one finds it easy to build trust and rapport with their carer.

Emergency care

Your situation can change suddenly and there may come a time when you are unable to provide care for a loved one. This may be because you become ill or have to handle a personal emergency. Our reliable carers are always on standby to provide your loved one with urgent care if you are unavailable for any reason. We can usually arrange professional emergency care within 24 hours, but this can often be organised faster in a crisis situation. Our carers receive fully-regulated training and have experience supporting people with a variety of complex needs. This means you can have complete confidence that your loved one is in safe hands.

Short term care

Short-term care services are often used to give carers a well-deserved break from their caregiving duties. Caring for a loved one is demanding and everyone needs some time for themselves. Our specialist carers can relieve you of your caregiving responsibilities on a temporary basis, anywhere from several hours or a few weeks. This will give you the opportunity to catch up with friends and family, run errands or go away on holiday. It is particularly important for carers to take a break now and then to relax and recharge their batteries. Our short-term care can give you a much-needed break to focus on your own wellbeing. This means you can return to your loved one feeling refreshed and prepared to face the demands of caregiving.

Leading care providers

We understand that everyone is different, and we will use our skills and expertise to provide care as unique as your loved one is. All of our carers receive fully-accredited training and assessments to ensure that they have the skills and qualities to provide outstanding care. We apply our 30-plus years of expertise to provide compassionate, high-quality care and focus on treating every customer as an individual with their own unique care needs. Our goal is to help people take back control and live life on their terms.
