We can usually arrange professional emergency care within 24 hours, but this can often be organised faster in a crisis situation. Our carers receive fully-regulated training and have experience supporting people with a variety of complex needs. This means you can have complete confidence that your loved one is in safe hands.
Short term care
Short-term care services are often used to give carers a well-deserved break from their caregiving duties. Caring for a loved one is demanding and everyone needs some time for themselves. Our specialist carers can relieve you of your caregiving responsibilities on a temporary basis, anywhere from several hours or a few weeks. This will give you the opportunity to catch up with friends and family, run errands or go away on holiday. It is particularly important for carers to take a break now and then to relax and recharge their batteries. Our short-term care can give you a much-needed break to focus on your own wellbeing.
