The CQC also looks at our training programmes and how we train our carers, so that we can continue to meet the high standard of care expected. To achieve this level, we provide mandatory in-house training to all of our new recruits, which involves modules on manual handling, dementia care, personal care, medication, first aid and safeguarding.
