Hello, I am Attila (Ata) the Branch Manager of Helping Hands in Norwich.
My responsibility is to oversee and set up every care package in the area and to ensure that my team deliver a higher quality of care than any other care company in Norwich; I have to ensure our service users remain safe, independent, and happy in their own homes.
My passion came from my teenage voluntary work in mental health; since I was 16, I've worked to keep vulnerable people safe.
