Branch Care Manager
At Helping Hands Worcester and Malvern, my main role is to ensure that we provide a high quality of care and a safe service. I make sure that the branch runs smoothly day-to-day ensuring that both customer and carers are happy and have the best positive outcomes. Providing person-centred care and support. I joined helping hands in February 2022 but have worked in care for over fifteen years, starting caring for my own grandparents and then as a carer for a domiciliary care company in Scotland and continue my care journey until I became a care coordinator I joined Helping Hands as a Care & Training Practitioner, then Care Coordinator and now Branch Manager. My aim is to approach everything holistically. I try to create a happy working environment for all allowing trust and comfortability between carers and customers A bit about me - I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, enjoying movies and eating out. I have one dog who I love to take on long walks and do so in most of my spare time, I also enjoy most outdoor sports. My perfect day would be sat beside an open fire with my family and friends.
