"Hello! I’m Lisa, the Manager at Helping Hands' Middlesbrough branch, we also cover Hartlepool, Billingham, and Stockon-on-Tees. I am responsible for the progress, development and operational performance of the branch, including the service we provide to customers and the carers we have out in the field. We can provide everything from companionship to complex clinical care and I will dedicate my time to ensuring that only the highest quality standards are maintained within the company but to also cultivate and build relationships with customers and their families. Developing professional relationships with all other significant clients and networks is also key to my role."

The team of dedicated carers across Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas are chosen and trained at the branch, supported by expert guidance from a team of registered nurses and myself. We draw on our extensive knowledge of the area, having first launched Helping Hands in Warwickshire in 1989.
