One of the many perks of becoming a care assistant are the flexible working hours. Otherwise known as visiting carers, our carers love how they can commit to regular work that fits around their other commitments.
Many of our customers require help at different times of day – mornings, afternoons, nights or weekends. Because of this, you can request to work at certain times, and even choose between full-time or part-time work.
Like most mums, I needed a job that could fit around my two young children. It was the flexibility of visiting care that got my interest as I wanted to stay at home with my children in the daytime and work evening and weekends around my husband’s job.
