Home care in Romford
Visiting care and home care in Romford
You might just need support getting out and about in the local community and visiting Romford Market, or help with more complex care needs due to a prolonged medical condition; either way, our local team are here for you.
We can support you with short, regular calls throughout the week with our visiting care service. This is when a private carer will pop in at an agreed time to make sure you’re okay, tidy up and perhaps prepare your lunch, for example. Visiting care covers support with activities of daily living, including personal care, housework and help with medication and mobility. Alternatively, we can stay for longer if you need round-the-clock care – our live-in care service will allow you to relax in the safety and comfort of your home whilst getting 24-hour care for more complex needs.

Area Care Manager
Hi, I am Christien Ingrosso and I'm the Area Care Manager for the South East region. As an area care manager, it is my role to lead a team of dedicated care experts in and around the London, Essex and South East region to ensure that the service and care we are delivering is to the highest possible standard for all our customers. I am married and a father of two girls. I enjoy very much spending time with my family and going on walks with my dog, or as some may say he likes to walk me! I have been fortunate enough to meet some fantastic employees throughout my time at Helping Hands. Each day I witness first-hand the determination and drive that each and all of our carers show to help our customers maintain healthy and independent lives in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Care Agency In Romford
-

Private, person-centred care gives you control over what your care plan ends up looking like – although you can, of course, adapt your care plan along the way as your needs change. From choosing your own mealtimes to determining visiting hours, the decisions will be in your hands, meaning your carer can provide assistance in the areas that you need it most and you’ll be able to spend doing the things you enjoy with the people you love. And, unlike with most care agencies, we employ our carers directly, so you won’t need to worry about meeting payment deadlines and dealing with unwanted paperwork.
