Meet Marietjie Jones, our Branch Manager
Hello! I’m Marietjie, the manager at the Helping Hands Birmingham branch. My role is to make sure that we get the right fit of carer, that we deliver continuity and quality care and that we complete a bespoke care plan. We can either pop in for half an hour to help you start the day or take you out for the whole day.
Our aim is to be flexible with peoples needs, as we understand that they can change on a daily basis. Our carer training is impeccable with ongoing support from myself and our team of clinical nurses.

We have been dedicated to providing seamless support to our customers for 30 years, enabling each of our customers to remain in the comfort of their own home while still receiving a personalised care plan to suit their needs. With a comprehensive training programme, our carers have the knowledge, experience and the commitment to provide you with an abundance of support ranging from housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship to more detailed care for dementia, acquired brain injuries and mental health support.

I’m amazed, David (my husband) has not been so settled in well over three years and it’s all down to the continuity of care that Helping Hands have provided for us.
